If you are buying a GK statue for the first time or starting to collect anime characters, please read the following guide to help you understand the resin statue and shopping process.

What is GK Statue?

GK is the abbreviation of Garage Kits/ガレージキット usually means the original figures made by the designer. The main material is the resin which material can perfectly present the details. So statues made with this material have become the player’s preference. What do pre-order, pre-order closed, and in stock mean?

Pre-order: is for the latest statues that have been released but not yet in production. Due to the limited quantity of most GK statues, the studio will only produce pre-order quantities. So, if you see a GK statue you like, ordering it during the pre-order period will ensure that you will have this product at a lower price.

Pre-order closed: refers to the end of the pre-order and will enter the production stage. Usually, you can no longer pre-order but you can apply for an additional order from YesGK; the price of the product will generally increase, and you have to pay a higher price if you want to order.

In stock: It means that the product is in stock now, but due to the limited quantity, it may be out of stock at any time, you can ask before placing an order


Ordering Steps (Pre-Order)

1) Browse your favorite products.

2) Select "Deposit" or " Full Payment".

3) Enter the checkout process

4) Fill in your delivery address and contact number correctly

5) Choose Paypal or credit card payment to complete the order

6) When the product is ready to be shipped, we will contact you and take a photo to confirm with you, and provide you with an invoice for the final payment and freight (if applicable).

7) Complete the payment after receiving the invoice for the balance payment and freight. Then just wait for the product to arrive


"In stock" statues are statues that we stock in our local store. We stock some great GK statues, but only for some, we do sell it at market price, which is mostly above the pre-order price. So if you see a statue that's past its scheduled time, but you still really want it. Then you can choose stock purchase.

Ordering steps (in stock)

1) Browse your favorite products.

2) Select "Full Payment".

3) Enter the checkout process

4) Fill in your delivery address and contact number correctly

5) Choose Paypal or credit card payment to complete the order

6) When the product is ready to be shipped, we will contact you and take a photo to confirm with you, and provide you with an invoice for the freight to pay

7) Complete the payment after receiving the freight invoice. Then just wait for the product to arrive How to pre-order?

When you look at pre-order statues posted on our website, you will always see the options "Deposit" and "Pay in Full".

"Deposit" means you ensure that one of the GK statues will be yours when completed at the lowest possible price. We will let you know via whatsapp and mail when the statue is nearing completion and you will then receive an invoice for the remaining payment (full payment - deposit). *Note* The deposit is also part of the payment during production, no matter you pay the rest, the studio will make the statue for you, so the deposit is generally non-refundable.

Deposits are refundable under certain circumstances:
Pre-order quantities that do not meet the minimum production quantity, in which case we will email you a full refund.
Studios take money and disappear, unfortunately for some new studios this rarely happens. But in this case, we will compensate your loss and give you a full refund.

"Full payment" means you pay the statue at full price, i.e. skip paying the rest of the payment process. But when you pay the full amount and later decide not to buy the statue, only the remaining amount (full amount - deposit) will be refunded.

Full payment is fully refundable under certain circumstances:
Pre-order quantities that do not meet the minimum production quantity, in which case we will email you a full refund.
Studios take money and disappear, unfortunately for some new studios this rarely happens. But in this case, we will compensate your loss and give you a full refund.

When you pre-order a statue, all you have to do now is wait for it to be produced and receive a shipping invoice later. After this, you will be given a tracking number and wait for the statue to come to your home.



Why is the shipping fee sent later?

Shipping charges will be assessed according to the box size and weight of the product you order. When placing an order, the product has not arrived at our warehouse, so we cannot provide you with the accurate freight. But don't worry, I'll give you an initial estimate of the shipping cost but that's just an estimate of less or more; finally, we will choose the fastest and most favorable way for you to deliver.


After-sales service

Unfortunately, breakage is a regular occurrence in this world due to the extensive shipping from China to your home. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the resin will not suffer any damage as it is a very fragile material. This can happen rarely, but not impossible, so please take this into consideration before placing an order, especially for products that have been on the market for a long time.
For YesGK, the first option is always to contact the studio for a free replacement of damaged parts, including shipping and faulty parts. However, many times these alternatives are not available due to logistical issues or because production has been taking a long time. Therefore, if a replacement is not possible, we will provide you with a partial refund based on the damage suffered, or we will do our best to connect you to a professional repairer.
The maximum warranty period upon receipt of resin is 1 week, in the event of breakage or missing parts please report the damage to the customer service team.
