Payment Policy

Payment methods

We accept PayPal and credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), processed securely through PayPal. All prices are in USD.

How payment works

1. At checkout, your payment is only held. We place a temporary authorization on your PayPal account or card. Nothing is charged yet.
2. Within 1–3 days, we confirm your item with the studio or our partners.
3. We email you from info@yesgk.com. Please reply "Confirmed" to that email, or send "Confirmed" on WhatsApp (+86 198 0761 7217).
4. We then charge the same hold. You are charged once. Any PayPal email that follows is for this same payment.

If an item is no longer available, we cancel it and release the hold — you are not charged for it. If we don't hear from you by the date in our email, we cancel the order and release the hold. A hold is valid for a limited time. If it expires before we charge it, we send you a PayPal invoice for the same amount instead. After a hold is released, your bank or PayPal may take a few days to show the funds as available again.

Full payment and deposit

Many products offer two payment options on the product page:

• Full Payment — you pay the full product price (shipping not included).
• Deposit — you pay a deposit now and the balance later. The deposit amount is set for each product and shown on its product page.

When the studio completes production, we email you a PayPal invoice for the balance. The balance is paid by PayPal invoice only.

Please pay the balance within 14 days of the invoice. If you need more time, contact us before the due date. If the balance is still unpaid 30 days after the invoice, we may cancel the order and offer the item to another customer; the deposit is non-refundable.

Shipping cost

Shipping is not included in the product price. When your item is ready to ship, we email you a shipping quote and a PayPal invoice for the shipping cost. See our Shipping Policy.
