We will arrange suitable carrier according to different countries and statue size/weight, and choose cheaper, more efficient and safer delivery service for all customers.

No matter which country you are in, you are welcome to order from YesGK. We ship from China, and here is where we are sure we can ship (use the search function is recommended):

Shipping Information Notice
YesGK resin statue products are divided into pre-order products and in-stock products. The pre-order products can only be reserved by placing an order and paying a deposit, and the delivery will be arranged depend on the official release time (Generally will start shipping after 3 months). And for the in-stock products, you need to pay the full amount to place the order, and the delivery will be arranged after the the studios send the products to our shipper warehouse (Generally 3-7 days after the order is placed).
After customers pay the deposit of pre-order products or the full-payment of in-stock product, we will contact our customers to offer different shipping methods with different shipping fees quoted by our cooperating global logistics providers.
When the order is dispatched by our cooperating global logistics provider, customer will receive an email with shipping information (with tracking information). Tracking information may takes a few days to appear at the logistics provider database.
Shipping Methods / Shipping Time
In order to meet the shipping requirements of customers in different countries, we have cooperated with global high-quality logistics service providers, including EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, SF Express, China Post, etc.
Generally, shipping to international address will take 3-7 business days or 1-3 months, depending on the country of residence and shipping method chosen. The following is for reference only:
Air transport: The delivery time normally takes 10-20 days, and the shipping fee is a bit high.
China Post: The delivery time normally takes 1-3 months, shipping will be slow, but the price will be cheap, and the tracking may stop updating before it lands. We recommend Asian and European countries to use this shipping method.
EMS: The delivery time normally takes about 1 month, the service of the dispatcher is good, but the price will be more expensive.
Sea transport: The delivery time normally takes 1-2 months, no updates can be tracked, but we will provide information for the ship's boarding, arrival and delivery, recommended for Australian buyers.
DHL: The delivery time normally takes less than 7 days. Shipping costs are 2-3 times that of ordinary shipping methods.
Shipping Fees
Please note that Shipping Fees are NOT INCLUDED in all of the YesGK orders and the shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Do enter your Shipping Address correctly as our cooperating global logistics providers will calculate the Shipping Fees based on the address provided in your order.
We won't know the exact shipping fee until that figure is released. The exact shipping fee will be calculated when ready for shipping, and informed via email. You could WhatsApp us for an estimated shipping cost before placing your order.
Some countries might have higher Shipping Fees than another. The Volumetric Weight / Dimension (L x W x H) of the package contribute to the high shipping fee usually. The larger the package size, the higher the shipping fee.
Custom Taxes / GST / VAT
Under certain circumstances, some countries might impose certain custom charges, fees, or taxes. Please note that YesGK will not be responsible for all Custom Taxes, GST, or VAT, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay all taxes. We advise customers to check with the relevant Government Agencies / Authorities for relevant tax issues before placing any order with YesGK.
The following is for references only:
For United States buyers, there may be no tax.
For EU countries buyers, there is little chance that the package will be taxed.
For other countries (Canada, Peru, UK etc.), we may try to declare a low value for the package if you request it to reduce your chances of being taxed on imported goods.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched by our cooperating global logistics provider, you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking information. Depending on the shipping service you choose, you may get a tracking number to follow your order closely. The tracking information may takes a few days to appear at the logistics provider database. You also can contact with info@yesgk.com for more information on your tracking details.
Delivery Information
All of the Shipping / Delivery is done by third party Parcel Service Provider. Please note that delivery may be delayed for force majeure or holidays, and YesGK is not responsible for it. Customers should ensure the availability of delivery of their orders. Failing to do so, local Parcel Service Provider might charge a re-delivery fee for each delivery attempt. The re-delivery fee is to be payable by the Customer and YesGK is no responsible for it.
