● We will send confirmation email notification once you place order with us. Please reply to us within 5 days, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.

● All deposit are Non-Refundable after we receive your reply and submit your order to the studio for production.

● Cancellation will be done automatically if product out of stock.

● We are not responsible with any custom taxes & VAT charged towards customers. For the United States and some European countries, we cooperate with logistics providers with dedicated lines for sea shipping, which can cover customs clearance and tariffs.
